To support this initiative, the organization invested in Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Audience Workbench. These platforms enabled advanced audience segmentation, real-time behavioral insights, and personalized content delivery across digital channels.
To fully leverage these capabilities, the DC Tech team designed and implemented key integrations and platform enhancements across the client’s website and mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and improved personalization experiences for users.
The DC Tech engineering team enhanced the client’s front-end framework to deliver intuitive, responsive, and campaign-ready web and mobile interfaces. Working with design teams, engineers used HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Kotlin, Swift, and Next.js to build clean and responsive layouts that support dynamic marketing campaigns and faster content updates.
DC Tech also developed back-end APIs for the client’s website and mobile app to integrate with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics. These integrations enabled marketing teams to run experiments, improve reporting speed, and gain deeper insights into customer behavior.
In addition, DC Tech provided data engineering support across the Adobe Experience Platform and helped migrate marketing data to Databricks, enabling faster data-driven decisions and continuous campaign optimization.
